In order to fill 200 open positions, One Touch Direct needed to supplement online and agency job postings with a medium that could reach a mass audience of prospective applicants.
CCO Tampa Bay recommended five high profile bulletin locations located throughout the Tampa metro area. Each bulletin directed job candidates to the website to apply online.
One Touch Direct received responses from the campaign almost immediately. As the weeks went on, the number of applications increased.
