Clear Channel is one of the leading Spanish companies in the outdoor market. The company was established in Spain in 1999 with the acquisition of Dauphin. Clear Channel has acquired several leading companies from different outdoor segments. Clear Channel is able to satisfy any advertiser’s outdoor communication need. We provide the most complete product portfolio in the Spanish market.
We operate part of our billboard and street furniture advertising in Madrid with Cemusa, the Outdoor advertising division of the Spanish based FCC Group.
Billboard: represent the 22% of advertising revenue share. Clear Channel Spain offers a range of 8mx3m national networks based on accurate geo-marketing concepts delivering audience reach in all metropolitan areas with more than 250.000 inhabitants.
Street Furniture: The Company operates more than 60 street furniture concessions, with strong coverage in the important Metropolitan areas of Madrid, Zaragoza, Sevilla, Barcelona, etc.; as well as in the regions where we achieve excellent audience coverage of towns nationwide. This line of business represents the 24% of the advertising revenue share.
Transit: We have transit agreements in several cities of Spain (Barcelona, Sevilla, Málaga, Huelva, Cádiz, Vigo, Orense and Oviedo).
Point of Sale: in 2002 Clear Channel signed an agreement with Carrefour. We are present in the biggest shopping malls and in more than 70% of Carrefour hypermarkets, reaching over 1.800 million people per year.
Digitals: in 2009 Clear Channel launched their pioneer digital advertising line of business in Madrid through a temporal association with Cemusa. Screens LED: key located at busy commuters routes, allowing access to hard to reach consumers. LCD screens: located at shopping mall La Vaguada. They are strategically positioned to encounter targeted customers.
