Advertising Rates

As the Outdoor industry transitions to the new Eyes On audience measurement, Clear Channel Outdoor is pleased to offer three rate cards for our clients to develop a better understanding of this new metric. We have created these rate cards as guides to gain an understanding of how allotment levels, gross rating points and gross impressions will transition from Daily Effective Circulation to Eyes On Impressions.

All three of these rate cards use the Clear Channel Outdoor plant defined markets as the geography. The counties for each market are listed under the market name. With Eyes On, we can analyze our allotments, gross ratings points and gross impressions at the DMA or CBSA level. If you change the market level, you may see a difference in the allotments and rating point/impressions.

The allotment levels on these rate cards are based on Adults 18+. We have also listed two targets - Adults 25-54 and Adults 18+ with HHI of $75,000+ - in the transition and Eyes On rate cards. We included these targets to show what the Adult 18+ allotment would deliver against these demos in terms of ratings and impressions. A full compliment of demographics are available from your Clear Channel Outdoor representative.

EYES ON GRP Analysis by DMA

EYES ON Rate Card What is this?

All allotments, rating points and impressions are calculated based on Eyes On impressions. The allotments are based on the WEEKLY rating points goals.

Transition Rate Card - DEC to EYES ON What is this?

The allotments are calculated using DEC based information and labeled as showing levels, or DAILY gross rating points. However, the Eyes On GRP and Impressions levels are calculated using Eyes On. Therefore, this rate card shows you the allotment level at various showing levels and what these panels would deliver in an Eyes On metric. If you take the 4 week Eyes On GRP level and divide it by 28 to get a daily GRP, this would be the comparison to show you the transition between DEC and Eyes On for the same number of units.

DEC Rate Card What is this?

The dynamic ratecard displays projected rates for traditional U.S. outdoor advertising media (bulletins, posters, street furniture, mobile panels, etc.).

All allotments, rating points and impressions are calculated based on Daily Effective Circulation. In addition, the reach and frequency is based on the Gallop Math Model. The allotments are based on showing levels, or DAILY gross rating points.
