The Challenge

UCare wanted to build their brand by influencing prospects and members at the point of health care. UCare was founded in 1984 and is an independent, nonprofit health plan that provides 160,000 Minnesotans with the health coverage and services they need to maintain and improve their health. UCare is Minnesota’s 4th largest health plan.

The Solution

Working closely with a Clear Channel Outdoor Account Executive, UCare executed a powerful bulletin campaign geo-targeted to hospitals, clinics, and doctors’ offices. The advertising message focused primarily on branding. Bulletins were chosen because of their maximum impact, visibility, and continuity, making Outdoor an effective tool in their overall marketing plan.
