Chief Technology Officer, Clear Channel Outdoor Americas
Nichole Boatsman is the chief technology officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (CCOA), where she leads the company’s enterprise-wide technology vision to accelerate digital innovation, transform operations and fuel business growth. She oversees all facets of CCOA’s technology strategy, spanning software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise platforms, and data and analytics.
Since joining CCOA in 2015, Nichole has helped evolve the company’s digital and operational capabilities, building a high-performing technology organization and advancing scalable systems that support media planning, buying and measurement. She has played a key role in modernizing the company’s digital infrastructure and strengthening its security, data and enterprise technology foundations.
A collaborative and business-focused leader, Nichole works closely with executive leadership to align technology investments with strategic priorities, improve operational efficiency and drive long-term value for the organization. Prior to becoming CTO, she served as senior vice president of technology and has held multiple leadership roles across the company.
Nichole brings over 15 years of experience driving digital transformation at the intersection of technology, data and business. Before joining CCOA, she held leadership roles at Caiman Consulting and Hitachi Consulting, helping Fortune 500 clients achieve breakthrough results through enterprise architecture, process improvement and large-scale systems implementation.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in business leadership from the University of Puget Sound, with minors in economics and mathematics, and is based in Kirkland, Washington.
