SAN ANTONIO, TX,January 3, 2022--Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings, Inc.(NYSE: CCO)(the “Company”) today announced that Scott Wells has commenced his new role as ChiefExecutive Officer and member of the Board of Directors, and William Eccleshare hastransitioned to therole of Executive Vice Chairman of the Board. These appointments wereannounced concurrent with the Company’s 2021 second quarter earnings announcement andhave been planned as part of the Board’s ongoing succession planning process. Since 2015,Wells served as Chief Executive Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Americas (“CCOA”), abusiness segment of the Company.
