Jose Tolosa

Chief Strategy & Development Officer, Clear Channel Outdoor

Jose Tolosa is Chief Strategy & Development Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor, overseeing the company’s asset growth strategy, long-term growth path, and enterprise-wide transformation program.

He brings deep expertise in business transformation, strategy, and growth across media, entertainment, and creative industries. Most recently, Jose served as Chief Executive Officer of Meow Wolf, a U.S.-based arts and entertainment company which he expanded to five large-scale venues hosting over 2.5 million annual visitors.  

Previously, Jose spent five years as Chief Transformation Officer at ViacomCBS (now Paramount Global), serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Transformation Officer from 2019 through 2021 and as Chief Transformation Officer for Viacom from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Paramount's International Media Networks division. He joined Viacom in 2008 and held a series of global business development and strategy roles over a 14-year career, including nearly a decade focused on Viacom's international business, with oversight across 180+ countries.

Earlier in his career, he held roles at The Parthenon Group, Bear Stearns and Co., and Claxson Interactive Group. Jose currently serves as Interim President of the Board of Ballet Hispánico and on the Board of Advisors for Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business. A native of Puerto Rico, he holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance and Accounting from Georgetown University, where he graduated magna cum laude.
