David Sailer

David Sailer is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor Holding, Inc. Sailer is responsible for the overall financial strategy for CCOH, inc as the company continues to invest in growth initiatives and accelerate its digital transformation. He manages the overall global strategy for the business, leads all global financial and accounting functions, including capital structure initiatives, tax strategies, liquidity management, capital allocation process, internal audit, global M&A activities, and manages the company’s investor relations strategy including equity and debt capital market communications.
Sailer previously served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Clear Channel America and Head of Corporate Development of CCOH since 2022 where he was responsible for setting strategic growth initiatives across America and Airports segment as well as leading all global M&A processes. Prior to that position, he was the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Clear Channel Outdoor America since 2014. Previously, Mr. Sailer was Senior Vice President of FP&A for iHeartMedia. Mr. Sailer joined iHeartMedia from NBCUniversal, where he served in various leadership positions across NBCUniversal and as a staff accountant at the Hunter Group LLP. Mr. Sailer received a Master of Business Administration from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Professional Accounting from Montclair State University.
